At Addups Enterprises, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and replacements are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

3. Conditions for Return Approval

Product must be unused and in original condition.

Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Once validated, we will arrange a pickup (where applicable).
4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after product inspection or verification via photo/video.

Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment method through Razorpay.

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after approval; timelines may vary by bank/payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed within 3–5 working days.
