At Addups Enterprises, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and replacements are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

  • Product delivered does not match the item ordered.

  • Product is expired or unusable at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Discounted or promotional products (if specified)


3. Conditions for Return Approval
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Once validated, we will arrange a pickup (where applicable).


4. Refund Process
  • Refunds are processed after product inspection or verification via photo/video.

  • Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment method through Razorpay.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after approval; timelines may vary by bank/payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy
  • Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Refund for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed within 3–5 working days.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact Razorpay support if necessary.

  3. Reach out to us if the issue persists.
